It is comforting to start recognizing patterns in my body. The end of my luteal phase brings feelings of anxiety and unsteadiness. Without the awareness of my hormones, these feelings could cause me further distress and worry. Instead, knowing my cycle, I am able to combat these symptoms with. nurture and attention.

When menstruation arrives, I feel a sense of clarity. This menstruation has not been overly painful, which I attribute to self-care and proper nutrition. The easiest thing I have found for cycle-alignment has been beverages. Implementing a daily tea and smoothie can offer numerous benefits to your body in an enjoyable and simple way. I would like to make a beverage guide in the future that gives women a guide to best align their menstrual cycle with their body.
