Week 11

It feels like a fluke of a luteal phase when other factors are influencing your luteal phase. However, I still managed to run every other day and fuel my body appropriately. While in my luteal phase I may have allowed myself more rest, I knew this is the time to push myself even when I do not feel my best.

Here are some new things I tried out this week:

Kimchi- Gut health is so important! Especially as I prepare for ovulation

Bee pollen + raw honey supplement- Jump starting my immunity to get me back on top

Lion’s mane matcha- A superfood powerhouse for my brain and body

Mini trampoline- Lympathic drainage is so important!!
