week 10
This week was a combination of my late luteal and early menstrual phases. My energy levels were quite low, which I honored with light movement.
One thing I am being more mindful of is managing stress and anxiety. I have been journaling more, appreciating nature and using daily affirmations. My favorite method to ease anxiety has been a “color walk.” I pick a color and go for a walk, focusing on that particular color as I walk. I have been not wearing headphones to really try and tune in with my body’s signals. Raspberry leaf tea has been a game changer for menstrual cramps. I am confident I will get back to my baseline soon, as this past month has been harder for me for personal reasons.
